How does AI logging work?
Tap Add, then choose Photo, Voice or Type. RitmoFuel first matches what you typed or said against its built-in food list on your phone. For the rest, it sends the text, or a smaller copy of the photo with location removed, to our server, which asks an AI model to suggest foods and amounts. Speech is turned into text on your phone; audio is never sent to us.
You then check the suggestion, edit anything that is wrong, and press Save. Nothing is logged until you save. Suggestions are estimates. The free plan includes a monthly number of suggestions; manual logging always works.
How do I cancel my subscription on iPhone?
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Tap RitmoFuel, then Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription on Android?
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Tap RitmoFuel, then Cancel subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple or Google store account, open RitmoFuel and tap Settings > Plan > Restore purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings > Account > Delete account, then confirm. This deletes your account and the data on our servers and clears the data on your phone. You can also ask us by email. All the details are on the delete account page.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Settings > Export my data creates one file with your log, including what is stored only on your phone.
Why do I see ads?
Ads keep the free plan free. They are non-personalised and never use your food, health, weight or season data. Plus removes them. Read more in the privacy policy.
Is RitmoFuel medical advice?
No. RitmoFuel is not a medical device. Calories and nutrients are estimates. Talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing your diet.
